Radical Somatics: The Body Is a Map Women's Group
This is an eight-week online group to start, beginning January 2026. Women have represented an estimated 80%+ of autoimmune and chronic illnesses, which is why in some doctors’ offices they still labeled them as “hysterical” up until only a few decades ago. This group is for female-identifying adults who have a chronic and/or complex illness and have experienced health struggles. We’ll establish a safe space to bring our WHOLE selves into this intimate group and develop more capacity to validate our experiences. I incorporate mindfulness, somatic practices, breathwork, EMDR, & heart-centered shares.

Group EMDR
Group EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach where multiple individuals participate in EMDR therapy simultaneously instead of just 1:1 with a practitioner. Here, I also have tweaked the format to be tailored to the individuals chosen to be in the room together, including mindfulness, breathwork, expressive arts as well as time to journal and reflect in any medium chosen. Group EMDR allows for people to experience the power of the room and of deep-dive EMDR sessions when not always financially accessible. Group EMDR sessions are at least a half day of intense work.
