In a world filled with uncertainty, we often struggle to find peace and stability. One way we can feel some sense of relief is simply by having a safe space. I believe one of the key elements of success in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I prioritize trust, boundaries, and communication to foster healthy relationships for clients in and outside of therapy. Rather than exclusively treating symptoms, I am passionate about uncovering the "why" behind our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by exploring early childhood, attachment style, relationships, and physiological wellness.
Primarily, I enjoy working with teens and young adult women. I am passionate about supporting clients through major life transitions, especially from adolescence to early adulthood. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and individuals with disabilities.
