I help clients heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and reconnect with themselves. I use a trauma-informed, body-centered approach that blends talk therapy, somatic work, and both practical and holistic tools to reprocess trauma and support self-regulation—all from a Christian worldview perspective.
Over the years, I’ve explored many paths toward healing—both professionally and personally. Each approach offered something valuable, and I became a student of what works.
