Living with trauma can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. My clients often come to me seeking support in understanding their past and how they fit in with their present. Managing life’s challenges is difficult and we cannot do it alone. By connecting with our thoughts and our emotions we can begin to recognize ourselves and establish who we’d like to be.
I aim to create a collaborative space to encourage each client to show up as their most authentic self. I am person-centered and community minded in my approach to therapy. I offer EMDR both virtually and in-person to support clients experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, life changes, and more.
