I use a combination of traditional and non traditional modalities in my work. CBT, Imago, and psychodynamic modalities are some I use most often. I also, upon request and when clinically appropriate, use transpersonal approaches that can include mindfulness and spirit guide meditations, energy healing, divination practices such as oracle and tarot cards, and astrology.
