As a therapist he has experienced working with clients in various modalities, therapeutic approaches and assisted clients to find solutions to their life stressors and challenges. Therapy is an exploration and an experience between the client, clients and therapist to discover insight, understanding, and ultimately overcoming adversities, trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, life circumstances and transitions. Micah has experienced in the mental health field working with pre-teens, teenagers, Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X in various areas of therapeutic need.
Micah also specializes in performance related issues in sports, work and academic areas, trauma therapy (EMDR Trained), drug use and abuse, addictions, grief, body dysmorphia, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anger management, self-esteem challenges, stress, time-management, and other mental health concerns.
