Despite our best efforts to live authentically, we can lose our way while navigating stress, transition, trauma, loss, or conflict – or even just trying to figure out who we are. Many of my clients are exploring gender, sexuality, spirituality, and the impact of past experiences on their current identities. They have had doubts about their worth, perseverance, ability to change outdated patterns or recover from past wounds. They questioned the possibility of connecting with others while caring for their own well-being. They struggled with perfectionism, people pleasing, disconnection, reactivity or a lack of reciprocity.
I have over 8 years of practice in agency, crisis, and higher education settings. Through experiential and attachment-based therapies including EMDR, I help LGBTQ+ community, youth (15+) and adults navigate challenges, connect with resources, craft fulfilling relationships, release what isn’t working, build rituals for recovery, and restore clarity and joy.
