As a clinician, it is my passion to support you through this process. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Kansas with a background in animal assisted social work, and crisis intervention. I work primarily with young adults, teens, women new to motherhood, and individuals with complex family dynamics.
I utilize a strength- based approach with my clients alongside cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I also incorporate meditation principles, mindfulness, and grounding techniques into my practice.
