I specialize in: empowerment and acceptance of neurodiversity; mood disorders, including post-partum depression and the baby blues; couples counseling; and trauma. However, I have experience treating and working with a varied array of obstacles to mental health. I treat individuals, couples, and I also offer targeted group therapy.
I am an African American therapist who offers culturally competent and compassionate counseling rooted in your strengths.
