I've supported a diverse client group struggling with various issues like anxiety, depression, obsessive thinking, attachment and relationship issues, grief and loss, creativity block struggles, postpartum, and substance use issues. Life presents us all with painful challenges, but with proper support, we can all learn to cope, and also thrive.
I have worked in private practice for for five years and draw on a variety of modalities including ACT, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Mindful Self Compassion. Whether this is your first juncture into therapy, or you are returning, I know everybody has the capacity for change. My aim is to make to your feel safe, truly heard, and understood.
