About
The focus of my practice is to help my client find solutions for complex issues. My approach is direct and goal oriented. For psychotherapy, I treat individuals, couples, blended families, and children. I also hold closed support groups for Recovery from Psychological Abuse (specifically narcissistic abuse). I provide private mediation, CCRC mediation, 3111 Custody Evaluations, parenting plans, co-parenting. I work extensively with individuals going through divorce. I enjoy working with children and teens in treating depression/ anxiety, Trauma, Introversion/social anxiety, peer issues, and parental conflict/divorce.
I offer Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for many clients. I also utilize Narrative Therapy for work with trauma victims, play therapy with children, and experiential therapy certain individuals. For couples, I prefer the Gottman Method as well as DBT. I incorporate artistic expression for those who align with that approach.
I take pride in my work as a professional problem solver. My direct approach mixed with empathy builds a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. For families going through a custody battle or parents who are divorcing and need a parenting plan, I am here to help.
