I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety and Body-Focused-Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), such as hair-pulling and skin-picking. I help individuals through a variety of life transitions, depression, work/school stress, and relationships. I have experience providing psychotherapy to children, utilizing play therapy approaches, as well as parent skills training.

I work from a systemic frame of reference and consider the whole family. I am a collaborative clinician and will help people tap into their current resources along with building new skill sets to overcome life’s obstacles. I incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy concepts, skills, and mindfulness into treatment with individuals and families.

My goal is for my clients to have a unique therapeutic relationship that will allow space for personal growth and learning new ways to navigate life. I bring a non-threatening, relatable approach to therapy in order to provide a welcoming environment. Therapy can be intimidating already, finding the best fit therapist is so important.
