I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, teens, adults, and couples in a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers, non-profits, rehabilitation programs, and community-based outpatient therapy. I’m passionate about supporting diverse and underserved communities and believe that therapy should always acknowledge the unique cultural contexts, lived experiences, and systemic challenges that shape our mental health.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Art Therapy. I’m currently pursuing further training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy
At the core of my approach is the belief that true healing happens in a space where you can feel fully seen, heard, and accepted—just as you are. I strive to create an environment that allows for authentic connection, where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
