About
I work with adolescents and adults into their 30's. I have experience supporting individuals in treatment with a variety of concerns including and not limited to: trauma, court involvement, substance use, behavioral concerns, adoption/ out of home placement, school concerns, LGBTQ, racial identity, self harm, depression, anxiety, ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. I strive to meet clients where they are at and focus on goals that are important to them and their overall well being.
I approach therapy from a person centered foundation. I incorporate evidenced based practices from various theories including and not limited to dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and harm reduction.
I see my role as a therapist as being a support to walk with you in your journey. You have already taken a step in your journey through looking into therapy! I would be truly honored to have the opportunity to meet you where you are at in your journey.
