Micaela DeFelice is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey who joined the LifeStance team in 2024. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University. Micaela tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a wide variety of techniques which she hopes will continually grow. Micaela creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions freely, while also emphasizing their autonomy as the experts of their own lives.

Outside of work, Micaela is a huge fan of live music, if music is playing then she is dancing She considers herself a foodie who loves to try out new restaurants and cook or bake new recipes. She loves spending a relaxing day by the beach in the summer and spending time with her family.
