As a therapist I provide a safe place for emotional expression, with caring, honest feedback. I am trained in a variety of evidence based treatments. I address each client on an individual basis creating a uniquely tailored approach that can include somatic therapy and/or EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help address and heal trauma.
