Unfortunately the weight of depression, anxiety, trauma and substance use often make us feel hopeless and helpless. I use a combination of movement/dance/somatic therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help address and heal trauma. I often use creativity and arts based modalities to explore and integrate a client's healing.
Many of the clients that I work with have tried talk therapy and NOT found it to be effective. I am here to offer non-verbal/body based therapies (alongside verbal processing) to help release the deeper trauma that is stored in the body. I look forward to meeting with you and leaning into the deep and rewarding work we can explore together.
