Accepting new clients! -Motherhood is an incredible journey, but it can sometimes feel overwhelming, bringing new challenges or even resurfacing old wounds. You don't have to navigate it alone. As a certified Perinatal Therapist—and a mom myself—I understand the unique joys and struggles of this season of life. I am enthusiastically working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist. I also work with adults facing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to guide you as we navigate your path forward!

I can help using evidence-based practice to specifically tailor our approach to what best fits your needs. I am trained in EMDR, Postpartum Depression and related issues, ADHD management (Adult), complex PTSD, DBT, CBT, IFS, and ACT.
