Announcement icon I am currently accepting new teletherapy clients.
Are you overwhelmed by suffering, loss, or disconnection? Are you simply surviving or going through the motions of life? Do you want to claim wholeness and connection for yourself and your relationships? Regardless of what you were born into, or the tragedies that you have accumulated with time, healing is possible for you. Together we can gain insight into your story-- and all your identities and experiences that shape it. We can create new experiences, ones that integrate what was previously disowned, and transcend what was previously rigid and limiting. This work takes courage, is messy, and is the best way I know to heal.
I specialize in trauma, grief/ loss, interpersonal relationship issues, multicultural issues, existential/ spiritual concerns, gender and sexual orientation concerns, and addictions of all kinds. My approach is that you come as you are and you leave more connected- within yourself, your body, your relationships, and your community.
My work integrates Western and Eastern healing practices- this means that I blend the best of what psychology, spirituality, mindfulness, integrative medicine and yoga offer to bring about deep and lasting healing for your body, mind and spirit.
