I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist and qualified state supervisor, and I treat children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I see people with anxiety/panics/fears and depression/sadness/hopelessness, in individual and in couples therapy. I help my clients surpass life's difficult challenges by providing support and help navigate life's transitions. For many, past painful experiences get in the way of living the life you want- the low self esteem, negative self talk, depression/anxiety, nervousness. In therapy, we would address the difficulties in different phases of life, the hardships in your professional career, challenges in your relationships, poor choices, the negative patterns of your thoughts.
With my 16 years of experience, I also provide supervision and consulting for mental health counselor interns in the State of Florida.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including within the LGBTQ community and gender non-conforming individuals.
