I take a client-centered approach, meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your unique journey. With a blend of empathy, collaboration, and a dash of humor, I strive to make our sessions feel less like a chore and more like a space for real growth. My goal? To help you heal, grow, and navigate life's many challenges with empowerment, clarity, and safety.
All pain deserves to be held in the warm embrace of compassion, so that healing can occur. ? Kristin Neff.
With experience across outpatient, inpatient, and private practice settings, I support teens to middle-aged adults through life transitions, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. Drawing from CBT and IFS, I offer a compassionate, personalized approach to foster meaningful, lasting change.
A typical session can look like starting with updates from the previous week and how their functioning has been since last session. Clients can expect to discuss whatever compels them, and if nothing pertinent is on their mind, I as the therapist would broach topics related to treatment goals and we talk it out and process together.
