If you’re feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand - like people-pleasing, shame, or behaviors you wish you could change, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with are navigating big life transitions, healing from complex trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. Therapy can be a place to slow down, get curious, and begin to shift those patterns with compassion rather than judgment.
I work with teens through middle-aged adults using an approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing us to explore both present day patterns and the deeper parts of you that learned these behaviors as a way to cope.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, compassionate space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll meet where you are, whether we’re processing something current or gently unpacking long-standing patterns, so you can better understand yourself and create meaningful, sustainable change.
