Instead, I tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs to address both the immediate challenges and the deeper roots of emotional pain. I enjoy providing therapy to those of any age, offering therapy to anyone ages 3-65+.
My goal is not to offer temporary band-aid solutions, but to help create meaningful, lasting healing. I offer EMDR therapy to support deeper emotional processing and somatic release, helping you feel less stuck in painful experiences and more able to move through them with clarity and freedom.
