Are you longing to feel more at home in yourself and in your relationships? I am passionate about walking alongside adults, teens, children, and couples who may be carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, grief, shame, or relational pain.
My approach is grounded in attachment science and the belief that we’re wired for connection and care. I aim to create a space that feels warm, safe, and non-judgmental—where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I use a collaborative, experiential, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach.
