About
Are you struggling to understand and manage the challenges you are facing? By providing a space in which you can explore root causes and develop healthy thoughts and effective coping mechanisms, I can help. Together we can identify triggers and beliefs that contribute to your troubling thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, with a goal of increased self understanding and less emotional distress. I am deeply committed to helping you understand how your feelings and thoughts impact your perceptions of yourself, your life, and your relationships.
It is important to me that therapy be a collaborative process. I provide a safe, supportive environment within which we will work toward your goals. Additionally, I specialize in LGBTQ-related concerns; all gender identities, gender expressions, and sexualities are welcome.
Please note that I work OUT OF NETWORK only and am not in network with any insurance plans. I will check your benefits, file your claims, and bill your insurance directly. Please contact me with any questions and to have your benefits verified.
