My ideal client is a Black or Brown woman who’s tired of holding it all together while feeling like she's falling apart inside. She’s overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, and the pressure to be perfect. Deep down, she wants to set boundaries, stop people-pleasing, and finally feel free to be her full, authentic self. She’s ready to heal, be seen, and supported in a space where she doesn’t have to be strong all the time. If that sounds like you—you’re in the right place. Let’s begin your journey toward peace, purpose, and radical self-love.
I offer trauma-informed therapy with a focus on EMDR and culturally competent care for Black and Brown women. I help clients manage anxiety, stress, and perfectionism while establishing healthy boundaries. Our sessions will focus on healing, self-compassion, and personal growth.
I see you—the one who’s always strong for everyone else but secretly feels tired, anxious, and unseen. You deserve a space to rest, to heal, and to just be. If you're ready to set boundaries, release perfectionism, and reconnect with your true self, I’m here to walk with you. You don’t have to do it alone anymore.
