I offer support through the combination of evidence-based practices and warm, authentic connection. I use a collaborative and holistic approach to tailor the therapeutic process to your specific needs. My areas of focus include family of origin issues, single incident traumas, and incorporation of religion and spirituality. My primary modality for working with trauma is EMDR. I also offer traditional talk therapy where I emphasize mind-body connection and interpersonal neurobiology, and include aspects of parts work and attachment theory.
I believe the root of suffering is lack of connection, and dissonance between one’s current self and their authentic self. I help address these roots by offering the things we can only receive in connection with others: relational safety, constructive feedback, and the opportunity to explore one's self and be fully seen without fear of judgment or rejection.
