About
My practice centers the experiences of BIPOC & queer, trans, and non binary folx. I often work with people who want to step out of their shells, and into their power - People who want to love more and trust more freely, who want to live fully, rather than survive. They are forging their own paths, and are wanting to deepen their connection to themselves, and/or their partner. I help couples open themselves to up to each other, increasing their emotional and physical closeness, and vulnerability. I help them “get on the same team.” I help you see yourself, and your partner(s) in a new, different light.
I prefer to practice therapy in a way that feels down to earth, natural, and deeply relational. Who you are, the stories you carry, and the context of where you come from are important to me. It allows me to see you as whole person. I honor your humanity. Show up exactly and authentically as you are - you can expect the same from me as your therapist.
You have inner wisdom within yourself, and my role is to be there with you as you access it, remember it, and amplify it. Together, we build on your self awareness and understanding to empower you to make choices, grow, and create changes that aligns with the vision you have for your life.
