I have training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I focus on changing unhelpful patterns, retraining your automatic responses to anxiety, and developing beliefs that support long-term relief and resilience.
