Healing begins when you feel genuinely heard and understood in a judgment-free space. I am here to listen to you and help you cultivate your uniqueness by embracing your authentic self. We can face life challenges at any stage of our lives. I have extensive experience supporting families through divorce, blended family dynamics, and parenting challenges. I believe that many difficulties stem from relational conflicts, so my focus is on fostering understanding, connection, and growth within families and couples. I also work with individuals who seek a deeper understanding of themselves to address life challenges.
For young clients, I incorporate play therapy to help them discover their strengths, and provide guidance to help families reconnect and strengthen their emotional bonds. I am experienced in working with diverse populations and am particularly attuned to acculturation and generational issues affecting immigrant families.
As a Korean speaker, I provide culturally responsive care to Korean-speaking clients. In sessions, I can offer a non-judgmental and safe environment to allow you to explore your authentic self. "Let life happen to you." Together, we can discuss your life challenges and work on finding the right path for you to feel like yourself again!
