Mia encourages her clients to be in the driver’s seat of their lives. She is committed to their growth and believes that the client-therapist relationship is paramount to helping achieve desired goals and outcomes. Clients describe Mia as warm, genuine, non-judgmental, and a great listener. She is invested in her clients’ lives and is committed to the work they are doing together. She acknowledges the difficulties and challenges of sharing intimate details of one’s life and appreciates her clients’ trust in her to be on this journey of healing together.
With Mia’s support, her clients can begin to work on aspects of their life that are holding them back from reaching their full potential. Mia creates a safe and collaborative environment for this exploration and serves as a safe sounding board for her clients.
Using a holistic approach, Mia acknowledges the importance of mind-body connection and encourages clients to explore ways their body might offer cues as to what they need in that moment, whether it be increased awareness around areas of tension or engaging in grounding practices. Mia creates a tailored approach for clients to meet their needs and goals.
