Groups
OCD Skills Group - Fall 2026
Birchwood Counseling is offering a 9-week virtual OCD Skills Group starting around October 19, 2026, designed for individuals experiencing obsessions and compulsions who are impacted by OCD. Meetings will take place online via Google Meet on Mondays from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Sessions are covered by OHP (Trillium and CareOregon), while out-of-network rates are $81 per session, with limited sliding scale options available.
