I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build an approach that fits your needs, values, and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or the impact of past trauma, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
