Do you feel things deeply, sometimes to the point of overwhelm? Maybe your environment, other people, or your own thoughts can feel like too much. You might have always felt a little different, or like you have to work harder than others just to feel steady. I specialize in working with highly sensitive and neurodivergent adults navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, and anxiety. When everything feels intense or out of control, it can be exhausting to navigate on your own. You don’t have to. I provide neurodivergent-affirming and gender-affirming care, with a focus on helping you better understand how your mind and nervous system work.
I received my clinical training from Columbia University and have completed additional graduate-level training to support my work with trauma and neurodivergence. I am trained in evidenced-based practices of IFS, EMDR, somatic therapy and others. I am a certified yoga instructor and integrate knowledge of the nervous system and the poly vagal nerve.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I personalize your therapy to your specific needs, drawing from evidence-based practices and nervous system knowledge. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I use what works for you. If you're ready to start, message me and we'll schedule your therapy consult to see if we're a good fit to work together.
