I specialize in treating highly-sensitive and deeply feeling people living with ADHD, Autism, Phobias, Anxiety & OCD. All of these can feel like a loss of control and it can be a really hard place to be in without support.
I specialize in working with highly sensitive peoples. I received my clinical training from Columbia University in NYC and have experience working with diverse populations in clinical and school settings. I tailor your therapy to meet your needs, ensuring personalized care just for you. I use CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR Therapy.
