Do you feel big emotions deeply? Are you highly-sensitive to your environment and to others? Do you feel out of control of your emotions and have a hard time coming back to center? Do you feel like your brain works differently than other peoples? Do you feel different? I specialize in treating highly-sensitive, neurodivergent, and deeply feeling people living with ADHD, Autism, Trauma & Anxiety. All of these can feel like a loss of control and it can be a really hard place to be in without support. I provide neurodivergent affirming and gender-affirming care and work with the LGBTQ community.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent, LGBTQ, highly sensitive peoples. I received my clinical training from Columbia University and have extensive experience working in clinical and school settings. I tailor your therapy to meet your needs, ensuring personalized care just for you. I use CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR Therapy.
