Just like you, my personal journey of being a mom, wife, daughter, and friend has been filled with both joy and pain. As a therapist, I love being able to come together with you, bringing my experiences, both personal and professional, to help create a way forward. I have professional and personal experience helping people accept, adjust, and strategize to their grief and loss associated with having a disability, whether your own, or someone close to you. It is important for you to know that I am a holistic therapist and work my hardest to attend to your bio-psycho-social-spiritual contexts.
Along with traditional therapy, I often use different modalities such as essential oils, projective techniques, bibliotherapy, and art to help enhance our time together. Therapy is such a personal thing. Each person comes to counseling because of pain points that are unique to them, and I consider it a deep privilege to be invited into my client’s journey.
