My current focus is to offer quality therapy that will be beneficial to all that I serve.

I specialize in working with a variety of disorders, including mood, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD and relationship issues. My experience allows me to provide effective treatment to build necessary skills to cope and manage mild and severe symptoms. I often use DBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Mindfulness. I am also skilled in CBT.

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in clinical practice since 1991. My work focuses on creatively integrating tools and teachings from an eclectic mixture of positive, affirming, wellness based therapeutic practices. My style is interactive, compassionate, and affirming. I am committed to inclusivity, non-judgement and providing a safe space for you to explore the challenges you are facing. My practice has included a focus on treating trauma, addiction, life transitions and other emotional challenges from a wholistic, wellness based focus.

I am passionate about supporting individuals while they work through depression, anxiety and other life stressors. I am trained and knowledgeable in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, addictions including binge eating disorder, depression, and anxiety while also navigating life transitions and/or relationship challenges. I'm excited to work with queer/trans emerging adults who are struggling with perfectionism, isolation, and adjustment difficulties. I believe that therapeutic change comes from the process of building and maintaining relationships while remaining connected to our sense of self, including within the therapy room. I work primarily from a relational and psychodynamic stance, meaning that I am interested in how your past experiences impact you in the present. My approach to therapy is also informed by how we act and feel in relationships and what our bodily sensations tell us about our environment.

Within my practice, I use psychological techniques such as CBT & EMDR alongside transpersonal tools such as mindfulness, meditation, movement & creative expression to help you work through life’s obstacles.
