As an Imago therapist and relationship specialist, I work with couples, individuals, families, and adolescents. In addition, I am a certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach. I believe that the therapy journey can enhance every area of life, and that Life Coaching provides an effective option to create results.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who specializes in therapy for children, adolescents, women and families. I offer a personalized approach that is specific to each of my clients unique needs.  I am here to meet you where you are at and support you on your journey to accomplish your goals with a sense of empowerment. My clients are busy professionals in a variety of careers who are struggling with stress and anxiety and want more peace and fulfillment in their life. They are looking for a therapist who is empathetic, culturally sensitive, and an expert at helping clients navigate stressors.

I am purposed to love and to serve. Helping to healing are my calling. I did not always understand what my plan was in life, but I knew that what I nurtured by nature was a gift that I could not allow to be in vein. Externally, I appeared well put together and as if I had it all, but in this journey called Life, I realized that internally some things were missing. In God’s image, we are created in three parts: mind, body, and spirit. When those three elements are not in intricate unity with one another an internal imbalance can exist. Currently, I am an LPC licensed in two states: Michigan and Wisconsin.

The fundamental principal of psychotherapy is rooted in our shared human experience: it helps to talk with someone. I am a psychotherapist in private practice with 20+ years of clinical experience. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2003, worked for 15 years in trauma-based & psychodynamic therapy with a recent completion in EMDR. My own life includes growing up on a farm in an alcoholic and violent family, living in a Buddhist temple, becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor, living abroad both as a Peace Corps & Crisis Corps volunteer, I speak and understand Spanish, I am a former Vegan/Vegetarian and with all of this training and life experiences, I am here to support you and help you on your healing journey.
