About
Were you raised in two different cultures and struggle to find where you fit in? Do you struggle with balancing your needs and your family’s needs? Do you find it difficult to have a close and meaningful relationship with your parents? Often, children of immigrants can struggle with assimilating in a way that honors them and their parents. I am deeply passionate about bridging the gap between cultures and generations. I hope to support individuals navigate this unique journey.
I am a licensed clinical therapist. I specialize in working with minority populations, including young adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments including interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness based interventions.
I provide a safe and confidential space where we can explore your challenges together. My hope is to help you address intergenerational trauma and integrate all parts of your identity so that you will be able to communicate your emotional needs, form meaningful relationships, and find a sense of belonging.
