About
My practice is founded upon a dedication to mental wellness and I work with people committed to achieving life-congruence by bringing into balance their past histories, present needs and desires, and future goals. I believe therapeutic growth is developed through an authentic relationship between patient and practitioner to address both the surface symptoms present and the underlying stuck patterns which maintain incongruence. My therapy approach involves a collaborative process with the patient as an expert in their experiencing of the world joined with my expertise in modality and method, as supervised by Nicole Law, PsyD, LP.
I practice from a person-centered humanistic-existential orientation which integrates cognitive and behavioral techniques with a dynamic consideration for the context of an individual's self-narration. I believe that well-being and being well is within reach, and that empathic guidance is an essential agent to actualize that potential into success.
I work with a range of presentations and patients. My passion is in guiding motivated emerging adults through to elders along in their life transitions and self-exploration. I see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between 9 AM - 3 PM, and am looking forward to making time for us to connect and discuss our journey together!
