I bring to those being served over 30 years of dedicated clinical experience from a variety of practice settings. Allow me to share practical and professional knowledge gleaned from well-known areas of service. Employment in the inpatient mental health treatment setting has provided me a good measure of expertise assisting those addressing a myriad of mental health challenges. I bring expertise in dual diagnosis treatment of multiple chemical abuse and dependence. I have provided mental health treatment of returning citizens from various states of incarceration who may require re-adjustment and re-integration into society.

I do extensive work with people that find themselves feeling "stuck" and are ready live a more fulfilling life. Much of my work is based in the treatment of adults in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction (including food disorders), dissociative disorders, adjustments and transitions, women's issues, relationships and personal growth.

Sometimes we just need a little help figuring out life's challenges-----help sorting out how to make some of "those" big decisions...or how to pick up the pieces after a fallout, breakup or death of a loved one. I am a fully licensed psychologist with over 40 years of experience treating adolescents, adults, elderly, individuals, couples and families. My approach is eclectic, using whatever therapeutic techniques are appropriate to each individual's needs. I am an interactive therapist. Short term therapy is my preferred approach, in order to enable individuals to become healthier, more functional and to move on without interminable therapy. My practice also consists of forensic psychology and industrial/organizational psychological consultation. I coach employees, managers and corporate executives.
