My clients tend to carry weight that hasn't moved in years: trauma that keeps replaying, OCD that hijacks certainty, fears that quietly narrow their lives. They're not looking for someone to manage their symptoms indefinitely. They're ready to actually do the work. I show up with steadiness, honesty, and interventions that have real evidence behind them. We move toward the hard stuff together, at a pace that's deliberate without being reckless. The goal isn't just relief. It's reclaiming a life that feels like theirs.

Hey girl — glad you're here.
If you've been carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, motherhood, people-pleasing, or a major life transition, you're in the right place. So many of the women I work with are exhausted from trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling underneath.
I'm Chantel, and I help women better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build lives that feel more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who they are.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of my clients are people who have spent a long time caring for others, meeting expectations, or trying to “hold it all together,” while quietly struggling themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, creating a space where clients feel safe being fully themselves without judgment. Together, we explore what’s been feeling overwhelming, build insight into patterns that keep you stuck, and move toward tools that feel realistic and usable in your day to day life.

Being human is hard. We experience stress, burnout, feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated and still have to carry on with our daily lives. It is challenging and feels heavy. If you find yourself experiencing these feelings, you are not alone and there is hope that you can heal and grow.

To me, spirit is about what is inside you regardless of your circumstances. My goal for providing therapy is teaching people how to function within how their lives actually are; good or bad, struggle or peace, history of trauma or not. Faith is a crucial part of it. In Acts 27 Paul is on a boat being tossed by a terrible storm. He tells the crew we should not have sailed BUT NOW we can manage the storm. In the Buddhist Eight Fold path Right Judgment is make choices based on how things truly are and not driven by emotion. The storm teaches us things and makes us stronger.

It can be scary and intimidating when entering therapy. It is quite common that people can feel very vulnerable with the idea of sharing intimate details of their life. As a therapist, I believe it is a privilege to be invited into another person’s life. My philosophy is that I do not believe that people are broken, but rather each person is a unique individual who has, at some point, encountered struggles on the journey of being human. Therapy is often needed when those struggles become so intense that they impact the quality of life. Therapy is not about fixing people but rather learning, adapting and overcoming the challenges.
