If you're like me, the step of reaching out to someone when you're struggling is the hardest part. I do my best to offer a welcoming environment to all people. I have training in helping people who have experienced trauma or stress in their life, teaching skills to help clients feel more in control of their emotions, and guiding people to learn what coping skills they can use to get through more difficult times in their life! I know that each person is unique, so my treatment approach is different for each individual.
