Love & Respect Counseling provides services for a variety of mental health issues (depression, trauma, loss/grief, anxiety, marital counseling, other relationship issues, issues related to military service, etc.) in a private practice setting. Anyssa specializes in supporting mental health/medical professionals and areas of depression/anxiety, obsessive/intrusive thinking, psychosomatic experiences, perinatal/parenting and marriage issues. I am skillful and adept at helping people identify what they want to work on, and assisting in the development of a plan that makes sense to them. I work with them to determine what is the proper balance of education, information, accountability, support, and guidance to assure positive results for them. I have extensive experience working with members of the legal profession, health care professionals, students, military personnel and their families, but I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I am trained and experienced at assisting employers and families to intervene on individuals with substance use disorders.

Kerry Hart is a Couple and Family Therapist working from a systemic approach. Kerry helps her clients understand their pasts and helps shape their futures by pointing out patterns that have developed in her client's lives, as well as within their families, and family history. Kerry received her Master's in Family Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Kerry enjoys working from a client centered perspective, with individuals, couples, families, teens, and adults.

Truth be told, I named my therapy practice after a mug my friend gave me which sarcastically declares, "I am a ray of freaking sunshine!" This cheeky little mug actually encapsulates my world view.
