As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and a Certified EMDR Specialist, I offer counseling to individuals who struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, sex/porn addiction, unresolved trauma and those wanting to work on their relationships on an individual and/or couple basis. Therapy would not only focus is not only on the root causes of the issues because going back to the root cause and where our issues originated removes the power it has on us, but reducing the affects that it has on us in the present day so that we can move forward in our lives.

The winter and holidays can bring about feelings of sadness, grief, and loneliness. What may be a joyous time for some can feel hopeless for others. Numerous individuals experience seasonal depression/anxiety. For some the winter months can be a reminder of loved ones who have passed, failed relationships, and highlight family conflict. If you are finding it difficult to be social and becoming more isolative, you don't have to deal with this alone.

Pain is a complaint for which many of my clients are seeking relief. I specialize in addressing emotional pain and physical pain. Many of my clients experience one or both and are in search of a solution. I can’t make the pain leave, but I can help you trace the precipitating experience(s), confront, reprocess, and then retrain your brain to help you cope better and find relief. Some of my clients find relief as the pain decreases, and in some cases actualize relief when the pain leaves.
