, pregnancy/postpartum, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, among other mental health issues.
I am a huge believer that therapy can benefit everyone. My goal as a therapist is to create an environment that allows you to feel safe, heard, and confident to take steps towards change and growth. My approach to therapy is collaborative while also recognizing that you are the expert of your story. Together we can work towards setting goals for yourself, your family, or your relationship(s). We will work to process any negative thoughts, feelings or obstacles that could be standing in your way to become your best self. We will work to build upon your current strengths and confidence to achieve the goals you set.
