I received my BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and my MA in Counseling from Oakland University. I’ve spent several years working with children, families, and individuals to help them achieve their goals.

We all have times in which we seek an outside person to help give us perspective and provide support as we find our way. I am an experienced Professional Counselor with many years of experience working with both children and adults. I earned my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University in 2004 and have over 10 years post masters experience. I have experience working with children and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to life challenges, self-esteem and relationship concerns.

I have over 9 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan with a wide variety of presenting problems. I have obtained my masters degree in social work from the University of Michigan and my masters degree in psychology from the University of Indianapolis, and I am licensed as a clinical social worker in Michigan. I use cognitive behavioral approaches, as well as mindfulness and strength based approaches to develop coping skills. I incorporate additional therapeutic interventions and techniques alongside Cognitive Behavioral approaches and tailor my approach to individual needs.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Board-Certified Counselor. I have extensive experience working with men, women, and couples. I specialize in working with marital issues, sexual/pornography addiction, and betrayal partner trauma. I provide compassion, care, and empathy, which are foundational in helping clients successfully work through personal and relational life challenges. I am also the author of the book entitled, "A Partner’s Guide To Truth & Healing" (2021). The book explains a therapeutic disclosure process that helps both partner and spouse achieve truth and healing within their relationship.
