I have been a licensed master clinician for almost a decade, specializing in crisis intervention. After witnessing many individuals reach their "breaking point," I realized the importance of transitioning to a healing setting where we can work on developing the tools and skills necessary to manage life's challenges more deeply. I earned my MSW from Wayne State University, where I focused on cognitive behavioral therapy. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, with a warm and compassionate demeanor. I look forward to embarking on a journey of strength and transformation with you.

Therapy serves different purposes for many people. For some, it is to reduce specific symptoms that negatively impact their lives, and for others, it provides them with space to learn tools or establish goals to improve their everyday life. Trauma is a physiological response to a situation or event that overwhelms the body. As Peter Levine states “Trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however, have to be a life sentence”.

My main specialty is the LGBTQ+ community, which I am part of. I also work with depression, anxiety, trauma, and adults with ADHD or Autism. I have particular experience with non-binary and transgender individuals, childhood trauma, and addiction. The main thing I want to stress is that whoever you are, whatever you're dealing with, my goal and my passion is to help people find their inner strength and to know themselves. I specialize in working with marital issues, sexual/pornography addiction, and betrayal partner trauma. The book explains a therapeutic disclosure process that helps both partner and spouse achieve truth and healing within their relationship.
