+ community, depression (MDD), suicidal ideation, relationship/peer issues, learning healthy coping skills, and above all showing yourself self-compassion and acceptance.
In life, it can be easy to lose yourself or feel "stuck" by past or present traumas and events, but it's possible to find yourself again or even find yourself for the first time. Even today's political climate can wreak havoc on your mental health. As your therapist, I believe that you are the expert on you and you deserve to thrive and feel safe. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space for my clients and work with you to achieve your goals big and small.
