I am also the author of the book entitled, "A Partner’s Guide To Truth & Healing" (2021). The book explains a therapeutic disclosure process that helps both partner and spouse achieve truth and healing within their relationship.

I have been a therapist since 2003 and if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that everyone needs someone to talk to.
