*Currently accepting clients* At MI Wellbeing we believe in order to address mental wellbeing, you must address the whole person in all of it's intricacy. We believe in a holistic approach that treats not only the mental, but also addresses the physical, emotional, social, academic, environmental, occupational, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. This includes things like exercise, ergonomics, nutrition, sleep health, meditation, mindfulness, and participation in day, weekend, or weeklong retreats with other like-minded people.
