She has worked in an elementary school setting, community mental health agency, private practice, and assisted living/health care settings. She is passionate about providing the highest level of care to her clients. Her success in the field, working with various populations in a number of settings, stems from her use of intervention methods to help guide clients toward building autonomy and control in their lives.

Trisha Zukowski is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who specializes in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), grief and loss, and hospice (end of life). Trisha has 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She believes that everyone should be able to tell their stories without judgment. Your experiences mold you into who you are; however, this does not mean you can't change and grow.
